Refund and Returns Policy

The policy we have in place remains valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied for any of the reasons listed below, you have the option to return the product for a refund. However, please note that if the 30-day period has elapsed since the purchase, we regretfully cannot offer you a refund.

Refund requirements
To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product is defective (e.g., damaged poster).
  • The product does not match the description provided.


To ensure that the aforementioned criteria are satisfied, we will conduct an inspection of all returns. If the product fails to meet the specified criteria, we reserve the right to decline issuing a refund.

Proof of purchase
In order to process your refund, we kindly request a receipt, purchase order, or any other form of proof of purchase. Please be aware that without the provided proof of purchase, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Shipping items
If you wish to return an order, please contact us first.

Returns should be mailed to: Visuveda UG, GuntherstraĂźe 41, 10365 Berlin, Germany. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the items. However, upon receiving the returned items, we will refund the shipping costs to you.

It is essential to ensure that the goods are properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit. If the product is found to be damaged or excessively used beyond what is necessary for us to reasonably inspect it, we reserve the right to reject the refund.
